CI Plus Implementation Guidelines v1.2 (2026-03)
Update the existing CI Plus Implementation Guidelines from v1.1 to v1.2. The most important changes include:

- Added Section 5.10 Host Diagnostic Screen
- Added Section 6.5 Unattended_recording cc_PIN_event() time
- Added Section 7.2 Virtual Channel without MHEG
- Added Section 9 Overt Watermarking
- Added Section 10 CI Plus 2.0
- Added Section 11 Date and time fields past April 2038
